That is one of the reasons I questioned why I was charged so much. When I hire a Task rabbit worker I read their profile I expect them to know what they’re doing and don’t appreciate being taking advantage of. Meaning having to give them directions and continuously asking them to stop just standing doing nothing!!! What he did shouldn’t have taken 71/2 hours considering I’ve done the same thing and it took me 2hrs. Plus he had no tools and used mine. Totally unacceptable! It isn’t the money it’s the principle! All he had to do was place weed fabrics down, spread weed killer and boarder down to prevent the mulch from getting on the walkway. I had all the materials and he didn’t finish. He only sprayed weed killer down and applied weed fabric down and went to Home Depot to pick up two items instead he cost me money by not only taking his time but, buying more boarders than I need. Again, I deserve a rebate I’m not asking for a refund! I just won’t use him again plus he lied and assured me he would come back to finish and after calling and texting him several times he. I don’t appreciate having to chase anyone down to complete a job he promised. This whole situation was unacceptable and I’ve never had this happen. I’ve used task rabbit and want to continue but I’m now having second thoughts. I feel disrespected and taken advantage of. I don’t feel like I have to educate a person who lied on their profile saying that they have experience and don’t have any. Plus, continue to just stand and do anything. I shouldn’t have to explain how to do the job nor have to constantly ask him to work not just stand and come with no tools totally unacceptable and costly to me. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. I’ve done my side, back and front myself in only 2hrs. What he had to do because I didn’t continue stopping and standing doing nothing! I hope you understand why he doesn’t deserve a tip! However, I do deserve compensation for the amount I was charged. I pray you understand I’m a senior citizen and have recently had a procedure that is the main reason I use task rabbit but, if I have to use another company to get the job done I will. He’s polite and did do a simple job but, he took his time and stood a lot doing nothing. I even asked him to U-tube how to do the job. I’ve never had to stay outside in my chair to give a worker directions. We even spoke about the time he started and finished because I knew he would do actually what happened with the cost. IT’S THE PRINCIPLE who like being taking advantage of!!!!! I appreciate you giving me this opportunity to express myself and explain actually what happened. If you want pictures I can send them. The only job was to lay down weed fabric, mulch and boarder. The only job that was done was he laid down the weed fabric and sprayed weed killer which took him forever he knew I was aware of that, so was Alex. He expressed to me he was slow due to a stoke. Not to sound rude I do empathize with him but this is business and my money. He should consider maybe not taking on jobs he doesn’t know how to perform, ones his health doesn’t allow that takes him more time than usual and don’t come to perform a job with no tools! Finally he isn’t a bad person just not someone I’ll hire again I can’t afford having to constantly repeat myself and waste my time having to direct a person to do a simple job it’s aggravating. • Curtis L.David came to our rescue to remove a small tree when we discovered during the heat pump install, that we needed the space. He was available immediately and avoiding us having to delay the process. He was respectful of not getting in the way of the installers and removed the tree without cause. He even ran to the Home Depot twice for us to pick up some materials needed to level the area.  He was awesome and even helped with another small garden task that solved a big problem. Amazing.
